This week, we're sharing responses from Annie Spong about her initiative, Beach Street Bakers. Annie started Beach Street Bakers the first week of lock down in March 2020. She says, "I instinctively knew that we were going to need each other like NEVER before to get through this challenging era." Since then, a strong network has developed. Annie says, "We now have a solid service arm of Beach Street Bakers where the community donates funds to support providing meals to those with food insecurity and essential workers at hospitals each week. I am thrilled beyond measure that this is in full swing and full circle."
